Want to return a product

At fleasell.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key- therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order with free return shipping if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you,

  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Color
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Defective
  • Damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant

However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip.

How should I pack the product for pick-up?

Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.

Payment

fleasell.com uses third party payment providers to receive payments from buyers on seller's behalf. fleasell.com is not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of orders due to payment issues. fleasell.com takes utmost care to work with 3rd party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology and work flows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers. Further, fleasell.com does not release the payment to sellers until the order has been received by Buyers and they are satisfied with it. fleasell.com shall only make payments to the sellers after 4 weeks have expired from the time payment has been received from the buyer to us. The Seller payment is typically net of the service fee charged by fleasell.com for its services and after deduction of applicable withholding taxes (if any).

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services. For any unusual circumstances such as transport strike, natural calamities the shipment duration may be impacted or may be cancelled.

Return of Products by you

We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition. In case of physical damage of a product we would require a photo to be emailed to wecare@fleasell.com mentioning your order number. Please check the color of the handset received by you before opening the seal(if applicable) . We will not be able to replace the handset once the seal(if applicable) is broken 7 days replacement conditions The fleasell.com offers 7 days replacement guarantee for all products sold on www.fleasell.com, provided the product is in sealed (if applicable)  condition. In case the product is found defective upon opening, guidelines specified by the brand (handset manufacturer) will apply. You may be directed to your nearest The fleasell.com outlet for the replacement in such a case. Should you come across any issue with such products, you are advised to contact customer service within 48 hours, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement. Replacement policy is however invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer. The fleasell.com will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative product in case the product is out of stock/ production. We are not responsible for any kind of usability issue such as device configuration, software update, synchronization etc. In such case, please go through the device manual.

Changes and Cancellation

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you. Post the order being billed there can be no changes in the invoice generated. Any request for name change, address change, etc will not be entertained. Bulk Orders will not be entertained on the website. A purchase of more than 2 identical products will be treated as bulk. Such orders will be cancelled. If a customer has placed a pre-paid order (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, EMI) then the money will be refunded with 30-45 working days.

Refund

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed by reversing the mode of payment. For example, refunds of credit card transactions will be processed by reversing the payment to the credit card only. The normal time for such refunds to reflect in your account is 12-15 working days. Refund in case of product being shipped & cancelation post receipt of the shipment would be done after the confirmation of stock being received back at DC.
